This is the place to join up with other participants in the Rebellious Media Conference. More info on how to use these tools.

First, create an account.

There are two main tools available in the left hand side-bar...

Ask a Question, Give an Answer, Join a Discussion: This is for participants to ask questions and give answers to each other, not to recieve answers from the RMC organisers. These pages use a web community called a forum.

Sample question:
"Is anyone willing to subtitle videos? I know French and Portuguese."
Response:
"I speak Arabic, and have some time to do that, yes."
Response:
"OK I have set up a wiki page for people to leave their details (linked), and booked a time and space for us to talk about it at the conference (linked)."

Get Organized: This uses a web format called a wiki for people to introduce themselves to each other, to organize meetups at the conference, to book an open space, and to work on radical media projects.

You may wish to organise a meetup at the conference on a particular topic or issue. Or start up a radical media project, or join one. You may want to discuss the sessions documented by the conference in the media sections. Or you may want to propose an outcome for the conference.

This is organised via a wiki. It takes just a few minutes to learn how to use a wiki, and start contributing to make radical media better.

The social networking of the site will be made live soon. If you are signed in, you can see the members page and their activities.

To create an account look at the bottom left of the page.
